Well you get what you pay for.

I have taken this service before and truth be told it has never been great. However this time takes the cake. First time ever for a bus change with no advance notice just "change here NY" grab all my stuff lost my coat. Not that they care; and base on the service i guess its bye bye coat. And for a 14hr drive no bathroom break and to add insult ro injury i had my 5 year old with me. Well again you get what you pay for.

Horrible service

Tried to cancel bus tickets I bought on line 10 min after buying them. I cannot reach the Co by phone,it just rings then disconnects. Tried email no reply. SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On my route from NY to DE, i was in the worst bus i believe. Few people were talking LOUD, FOUL LANGUAGE NONSTOP! Didnt know that was called English! No manners, no respect for co passegers. I think, Mr.President should absolutely see how these people could uplift the country ? Horrible i say. Didnt get a minute of rest .

SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL DEMAND REFUND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased tickets from Albany to New York a day prior to the departure date. The bus never showed. 10+ ppl were standing outside in the cold, no station or communication from the foxbus or GotoBus customer service. Tried over 20+ times to contact the repsresentives to verify the bus travel and schedule. Either line was disconnected, busy, or representive did not communicate, yell, would not transfer to a manager and did not speak English. This has been a 10+ hour travel and still stuck waiting for any communication or verification of a travel schedule. Demanding a refund for our trouble and still no contact or resolution. I will be calling nonstop, will go to the headquarters in person whenever the chance I actually get to my nyc destination and will file a formal complaint about the trash and unprofessional mannerism that is this company. You should be out of business. I demand a refund and the fundamental basi. costumer service and communication that you fail as a company to supply. Be at mind, I will be writing this review on every travel website affiliated with this name until I get someone to call back and communicate.

Order ticket online for one date. Received an e-ticket for a completely different date. Called customer service multiple times in a span of 3 hour. On their end phone keeps hanging up with no anwer. Call corporate and the person was rude and contradict everything that the actual website says as far as rescheduling and help is concerned. And when asked why no one anwers their customer service line I was told they have no control over that.

My bus was due to arrive at 11:45pm. It did not arrive until 2am. When I called them i kept getting apologies but no solutions. I was overly pissed to the highest level. I was not expecting much but damn. A 3 hr delay. Totally unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor. Never take this bus.

They kick you out of the office in Orlando before the transfer gets to the station. You ask the guy in the front at what time is the next bus leaving and the answer is at any time and when to inform you it will be at 4.30 and is 4.46 without sings of the driver. You call at the phone number in the front door and nobody can give you an answer. Definitely wont travel again and wont recommend it.

Booked day of bus ride from Baltimore to NYC and no one ever showed up. They failed to inform all customer that bus was cancelled. We stood outside for 40 minutes until we were able to get in contact with someone to see that the bus was cancelled.

I paid for 2 tickets for a bus for a 10:15pm bus to go to winston salem nc. Not only did the bus no come but when i tried to truck the bus it said that their were no buses scheduled for that time. Waited over 2 hours in the cold calling the gotobus office several times and got no answer. The next day i finally got in contact with them through email and the told me the bus came 2 hours late. Which i knew was a lie cause i was still at the stop. My friend that was with waiting for the bus also called several timeds and she said they told her the bus came a hour early. ...so basically GOTOBUS.CoM took my money

I paid $20 to go back to NY, and got there 10 minutes before the bus was supposed to leave. They said that the e-ticket I bought was invalid, even though it says on the e-ticket that it was paid for and valid. I had to pay another $20 in order to get on the bus even though it says on the website that everything was perfectly fine. They refuse to refund my money, and that's not right to do to someone who travels a lot with this company. My advice to anyone looking to book a ride with this company is: TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO BOOK A BUS RIDE ON!!!

The worset service one could get in the whole world! The driver was so angry and he drive so so so fast and goes left and right in very dengerous way!

He like was out of his mind! We almost got bad accedent four times! Avoid! Pay a little more and be safe!

If you have no choice just cancel the trip!

Ewb66052 but to ny over an hour late in charlotte have caled both Georgia and new york number several times since 1050 with no answer which is completly unnaceotable. it is now past midnight and bus has yes arrived we have been waiting over two hours

DO NOT USE! THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS

Things happen, we all get that. But if you buy a roundtrip ticket, get there 45 minutes before it's to board.

The Bus does not show; you wait for the next and it's overbooked, and you cannot get on. AND THERE IS NO RECOURSE. I called and called, got put on hold forever, and no one picked back up. NO REFUND.

This is A SERVICE YOU PURCHASE. If they do not hold up their end of the agreement, shouldn't you be able to get your money back? NOPE! Because they are scam artists.

Disgusting company. DO NOT USE THEM.

I use them all the time accept for problems logging in and I don't get my points its great !..the bus has always left on time I appreciate the cleanliness friendliness and how comfortable it is and the sandwich. learn to pick your days better.

Took a bus from nyc to Atl and we were on a 16 hr drive with no heat in the bus with my 2 small children..i need a refund this is unhuman and cruel...my feet felt mumb and i wanted to cry ....from canal street we knew something was wrong with the bus .but was told as the bus drive it will get warmer ..poor condition...terrible service ....i want a full refund from the company for all 4 tickets i paid ...
