Order ticket online for one date. Received an e-ticket for a completely different date.
Called customer service multiple times in a span of 3 hour. On their end phone keeps hanging up with no anwer.
Call corporate and the person was rude and contradict everything that the actual website says as far as rescheduling and help is concerned. And when asked why no one anwers their customer service line I was told they have no control over that.
