I bought a ticket for 4:50 pm from Baltimore to New York from easter company and it was 50 minutes late (it arrived at 5:40). When I called eastern customer service which is the bus operator, they told me that since I bought my ticket from gotobus, they don't know anything about the bus status and they were so rude and told me to contact gotobus, however thay are the bus operator.

When I tried to call gotobus, it was a an automatic system and I couldn't talk to anybody and ask about the status of bus. When the bus arrived, I asked the driver about the latency for 50 minutes and the reason and the fact that I am missing my next train to my city and he only answered me I don't know!!! my question is who should know? NOBODY (gotobus, eastern company and driver, none of them) answered me about latency and about the fact that what I should do about my next train that I am missing.

Worst experience ever.

And even the bus smells so bad. It's hard to breath.
