I am requested a refund from this company because the below bus from Norfolk,VA to NY broke down in New Jersey. The bus driver stopped the bus at a rest stop, got off the bus without explaining that their was an issue with the bus. After sitting on the freezing bus for 1hour, one of the passengers found the driver sitting at McDonald's and asked him when we would be leaving he then said that the bus was broken and that he had no cellphone to call the office to ask for a new bus to be sent to pick up passagers.

Customer service refuses to isssue refund and reschedule a connecting bus in New York to Boston, my final destination.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
