GoToBus - Horrible customer service

While having an emergency situation was unable to reach any customer service personnel. After 3 days spoke to Starline agent she was the rudest person I ever encountered on a phone. Tired of listening to the music the being hung up on by automated system that is obviously not monitored. I speak to my credit card customer service the will listen.

Tried to cancel bus tickets I bought on line 10 min after buying them. I cannot reach the Co by phone,it just rings then disconnects. Tried email no reply. SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I try contacting GoToBus.com about billing w/ no luck.

Everytime I attempt to contact gotobus.com by phone or via-web after choosing the payment/ billing option I am disconnected. Tickets purchased are stated as non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed, but it was not clarified there was a time span to do so. So, accidently I purchased 2 tickets the same day for the exact same trip. They refuse to refund nor use for my returning trip.

Telephone directory is terrible. My brother miss his bus and I tried to reschedule but the customer service number had me going around in circles for over 30 minutes. I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to tell others.
