When you paid $40 tickets and later on changes to $50, they not only charges you the price difference but also processing fees, which is fine. However, when you paid $50 for the tickets, later changes to $40, they charges you processing fees again,and keep your over paid differences without telling you.

When you contact customer service, you have to wait for 45-75 minutes to get wrong answers.

The customer service is un-trained, they don't understand English, they show your chart with $8 penalty is taken from your account, but tell you that you have refunds in 3-5 business days. When you reach a manager, you have to spend another 25 minutes to review the situation with him/her, then the manager is unable to communicate with customer about their business terms/conditions. It's unfair business practice.

Wasting time to deal with them. A wise decision is to pay driver cash instead of middle man.
