Gotobus - REFUND DUE TO FRAUD FROM BUS DRIVER
Good morning,
I purchased a round trip ticket departing from Harrisonburg, VA to NYC (China Town) , ticket Confirmation Number WDT621270. Upon entering the bus on the morning of July 29th, and presenting my e-ticket, the bus driver told me that I was on the wrong bus and I had the wrong company.
He also told me that he was dropping of people at 124 Madison St in China Town and not on Allen Street. He said that I need to pay him $50 in cash (a receipt is attached to this email).
After all this occurred, I texted my husband who drove me to wait for this bus. He waited over an hour to see if another bus was to arrive in Harrisonburg, VA but there was none.
The bus driver told me a lie and took my money. I would like to get a refund because of his un-worthiness and dis-honesty.
My husband works for the USA Government and will file a claim if this matter is not resolved for my refund.
