Unsafe conditions for a Disable person

I made reservations for 87/22 for Disabled and when I got on the bus I was told I couldn't sit in the front because passengers without disabilities was occupied the seat. I would like a refund for being very very uncomfortable ride for a person with Disability

No air circulation or AC during July 31 hot summer day + Covid times

Full bus of people of any age. From toddler kids to elderly. There was AC when first enter the bus. During the travel the AC and air circulation went off. May people asked for AC and the driver only said the AC is not working. Its irresponsible to operate a bus that has no AC or air circulation.

User's recommendation: If you other options do not pick Go To Bus.

Bus late

My schedule bus never showed up. I was there an hour before the bus was supposed to be there and remained there an hour after the bus was supposed to be there and they never showed up. Please send me a phone number where I can speak to a live individual to resolve this problem ASAP

Ticket Issues

Ordered my ticket 04/05/22 never received any confirmation. Contacted and email customer service on multiple occasions. Customer Support did not respond to my email until 04/06/22 @ 3pm in the afternoon, when my departure was scheduled for 10 am that morning. I had to buy My tickets all over again at the bus stop, then customer support have the nerve to tell me I cannot get a refund and that my ticket was emailed to me when the time they decided to email me was the first time I've ever received an email.

Wrong day on ticket

They posted on the website old times for past dates to scam customers that can overlook the date and just go by the time, don't recommend this website at all and even try to get a response from my email still nothing.
