Complaint for unsafe travel to NYC or any state in united states
To Whom it may concern ! My name is Juan Vargas and the reason of my message is because on 02/28/2024 my wife Armida Vargas was travel on this bus campany Go to Bus.comE-Ticket and she miss her bus since the bus never came on time and she was travel on Wonder Bus Inc and she had to get another bus to go to New York and the driver was so nasty inside the bus and she got home very late and she is fully disable and people inside the bus fighting inside the bus for seat and curse the Driver while the driver was driving the bus and this company needs to have security inside the bus , since there is not respect for any travel person on this buses.

Horrible Human Resources
I have left three messages in the past week for the go bus the short buses, complaint line to actual people, I have never received a call back this individual, Anthony Bailey stocks my house every day they haven’t even called me or cared whatsoever to file file back on my complaint, my worries, my safety, or the harassment that this guy is doing in their bus I have video of this guy at my work in this bus being wild talking some unnecessary, rude stuff and the company still hasn’t called me back and now it’s Saturday so no one‘s answering the lines and I’m sure I won’t get a call back then! *** customers.com.
Trust in this they don’t even do background checks on the Gus drivers because the individual question he’s been to prison for stalking harassment and burning down his white his exes house. I don’t think someone like that should be driving a bus what do you guys think?
