I purchased a ticket online it went through on my end and charged my card yet whenever the bus finally came I was told I couldnt board the bus because I didnt have my e ticket meanwhile it was never sent to me at all! I was told I had to pay cash to get on the bus and Im from nyc and was stranded in Jacksonville Florida at a gas station! It was horrible and they stole my money and I want a full refund for what I spent on a nonexistent e ticket!

They did the same thing to me! I paid for 3 tickets they never send it to my email and the bus never came and they said I can not get a refund I wish I would've read the reviews first because this is a horrible bus service and Please no one use them

Refund

I booked 3 tickets from Atlantic City to New York. Stood in the spot for 15-20 min. No one called me or email me to see where I was at. I did not see any bus. Why I can't get a refund?

Illegally charging my card

They charged my card after my transaction was completed and is holding my money up for no reason for a mistake they made because it was on the same account name in which she clearly put in her card numbers but you still charged my card and they holding my money up on the return causing me hardship stress and anxiety

User's recommendation: Dont pay for anything on someone else's account cause they will charge you for later transactions.

Bad information and no answer to any incovenience for hours

The adress provided to board my bus in Norfolk was diferent with greyhound partnership. So i have to pay hotel and lost another day of work. Who cares. .?.

I had an 11:25pm scheduled bus ride from Florence SC to New York. The bus never came &;;;;;;;;;; I was unable to attend, so I would like my money back for both trips. I have a number I can be reached at its 843-230-****. Please give me a call. I want to also cancel my order for the bus ride back from New York tomorrow at 7:30pm.

Gotobus - Reschedule bus
very very Disappointed of the service. missed bus and have to wait 2 hrs for the next. looks like GotoBus is more busier than IRS. they usually pickup in 50-65 mins. I was only kept 72 mins in the line. NO BODY picked up. call was dropped. Please IMPROVE customer service.
