GoToBus - Very disaapointed

My son came home from school from Delaware. He was not dropped off at the location on his bus ticket in NYC.....he was let off in an unfamiliar location. Totally unacceptable. When he told the driver he simply ignored him...they should not indicate a drop off are of they don't intend to take them there. It was a disaster.
