Never again would we ever ride this bus. The bathroom looked like it belong in a jail cell. The bus seats were broken and the bus itself was super nasty! When asking the driver when will be the bathroom break he became irrate and started screaming ..later later in broken English. Dont take this bus from Korean town to Baltimore!

There was smell of urine in the bus, the AC was not running and someone was also smoking inside the bus and the driver didn't do anything. Never ever take this crappy bus service.

Can't beat the price...$80 to get to TN in 15 hours from NY. The customer service isn't great and if you're not Chinese, you'd mostly get a seat at the back of the bus, but it's reliable(on-time) and cheap.
