When I got to the bus station in NY, it was absolutely awful. Extremely disorganized -- the guy at the cashier just yelled at everyone to listen intently to which bus is going where.

No signs, no instructions. The staff was just yelling at everyone. The bus was disgusting. It smelled, it was hot, we asked to turn the heat down and it became FREEZING.

They obviously did not care at all. Not to mention the entire bus smelled like a nasty McDonald's after our stop. We got off at the WRONG stop. Literally, the bus driver stopped 15 mins away from where we actually were supposed to be dropped off.

I had family meeting me at the actual station in Boston. When we got to Boston, it was cold and raining, and the bus driver just yelled at us to get off even though it was the wrong stop. On the ticket, it gives you an estimate time of when you'll get to the station.

The roads were pretty clear but we got to Boston an HOUR and a HALF later than expected. Never taking this company anywhere again.
